Spotlight Richard Trammell, Shidokan Karate,"The Triathlon of Martial Arts"

He Boxed and Kickboxed professionally. He has a U.S. title in kickboxing, a World Title in Muay Thai, 3 national titles, a North American, and 2 world titles in Shidokan Triathlon (Bare Knuckle Karate, Kickboxing, and Grappling). He has won three 12 man tournaments, two 8 man tournaments, and a 4 man tournament.
